I arrived at about 9:35am for a 10am service appointment, check in was slow taking about 15 min. I didn't get my car back until almost 2pm. In the over 4 hours that I was there no one had the curtesy to Let me know what was going on, not one update, how are you doing, would you like something, a ride to town for lunch, nothing. Over 4 hours in the same chair and no one noticed or cared. What does that say about Cornwall Nissan.
Look at the note on the invoice they're not interested in the truth at all, or your Satisfaction they just want good reviews no matter what.

My ELDERLY MOM'S car was towed to Cornwall Nissan. The problem was that the car would not shift out of 'park'. And diagnosed with a FAULTY Brake Switch housed under the brake petal. The next day the car was ready for pick up $300.00 + later. We drove to the gas station across the street from Cornwall Nissan and she "AGAIN" was stuck in 'park'. So AGAIN the car was towed this time to a private certified auto repair shop, and ADDITIONAL towing charges (which was more) because it needed 2 dollies instead of one, because BOTH the FRONT and REAR BRAKES CEASED up. The work done at Cornwall Nissan to the Brake Switch was "only" HALF done!!!!!
My prayer is that this treatment to your Dear Elderly Loved Ones is FAR better than what happened to my 83 y.o. mother. This Incompetence Shouldn't have happened in the first place, and in 23° weather!!!! This does not even deserve a 1 Star rating.

Never getting more business from us. Everytime my wife brings the car in for an oil change filters were changed without her consent and charged, cabin filters and air filters do not need to be changed multiple times per year. Everytime we tried to get the recall work done they have "not had the parts", first letter was 4 and a half years ago. Most recently claimed to have done diagnostics but could not provide the printouts but claimed it was done and requested new parts be purchased. Took the car to another dealer and the diagnostic came back fine requiring no purchased parts. Thoroughly displeased with the service department and how they conduct themselves.

Hi im not here to put Nissan down just little friendly advice. I bout a 2015 car there for $11,500.00. by the time all was said and done they had it up to $17,000.00 if I would have paid closer attention I would not have signed for $17,000.00. Just be very very careful with the numbers if it takes 3 times to look over the numbers before you sign then do that. Don't not sign till you see the exact numbers then you wont get caught like I did. So please be careful and make sure you really know the full amount before you sign then there are no issues

Most incompetent dealer I have ever dealt with. Not only are they incompetent they are theif as well. If you go to their garage for repair be careful as they will suggest to change a bunch of thing that don't need to be changed. Hence if you do not know mechanic or are to busy to look don't go their as they will take advantage of you. Furthermore, they can't even diagnose simple problems.

If you dislike conventional dealerships, this place and its staff are breath of fresh air. No haggling and no non sense experience. Highly recommend.

Vehicle was in accident was not repaired chips of paint missing grease on headliner fish eyes all over in paint refused to pay lease till they repaired it properly so they repossessed vehicle worst service ever

I was fully prepared to buy a vehicle here. Loved the used vehicle but not the price. Had comparable vehicles showing lower price with lower kilometres. Thought this dealership would attempt to match, told me that's a good deal should have bought it. If you tell me to go somewhere else to buy a better vehicle. I will go somewhere else to buy the vehicle. You wouldn't take a penny off the price of your used vehicle, so you won't get a penny of my money. Other than that some staff were very friendly.

Brought our Maxima in one year to have it serviced for a timing chain, idiot mechanic broke some parts while trying to do so. Car then requires an entire engine change which they dragged us to court over and forced us to pay for their mistake. What a bunch of crooks. Stay as far away from Cornwall Nissan as possible!!!

Poor service and was unable to diagnose simple problem. Service guy suggested buying a new car. Luckily Orleans Nissan was able to find the issue within minutes.

I hear the sales department is amazing. But once you bought a car from them and try to get maintenance or warranty work, you will get the worlds worst attitude, looks and lies. I asked them to do a simple repair and the miserable repair tech acted like I was wasting his time. Then when I tried to get a warranty repair he immediately says "no sorry we only accept people choice warranty". Had to wait for him to stop flailing his arms to tell him that's what I have..... So buyers beware.

Words could not describe how childish the service department is. Went in for a repair with a printout of error codes from my mechanic and they refused to do the work after they take my money because my mechanic cleared the codes even though I have a professional printout from accredited mechanic. Update: my mother brought her car back there and was held hostage buy some guy named Mario he claimed he was doing her "Favours" while charging her. Said to change review or else. Can't wait to meet this clown when I get back from duty!!!

I have always been a fan of Nissan cars, but I have never really been fond of the Montreal Dealerships I have dealt with. My last purchase brought this concern right into my headlights. My experience in the Sales Dept of Metro Nnissan left very much to be desired in terms of sales service and customer relations (their service dept however is first rate!). On a recommendation from a friend Stephen Holtzman I contacted Cornwall Nissan. Boy was that an eye opener. They solved my problem in a week with absolutely no complications whatsoever. Their professionalism was apparent right from the get go. Cudos to Steve Eastman and Jill Caron (the only two members of the team I met). I can't thank you enough for how you took care of me at every step of the way. I will recommend your dealership to all who will listen. The short drive to Cornwall is worth every mile traveled!

I went here for regular maintenance and also asked that a squeal be investigated. Was told a belt needed replacing, was charged for it, and drove away with squeal still present. Another dealer fixed problem and informed me I shouldn't have been charged as still under warranty. Cornwall Nissan refused to refund me.

2015 Nissan mica for $9.995 + tax. This is sure misleading i went there and there was no such thing. Both were $16,000.00 and $18,000.00. What they wont do to try to con you there. This remins me of Honoust Eddie. But then again this is Cornwall dont expect more.
